Platforms
Platforms we implement
We hold no reseller agreements with any of these vendors. No one pays us to recommend them, which is why each page below tells you where the platform does not fit as plainly as where it does.
Odoo
The broadest open-source ERP. Strong when you need many modules working together and want to avoid per-module licensing creep.
Zoho
Best value per rupee in the SME market, particularly if you want CRM, accounting and helpdesk from one vendor.
Salesforce
The deepest CRM on the market. Right when your sales process is genuinely complex — and expensive overkill when it is not.
SAP Business One
Enterprise-grade financial control at mid-market scale. Strong where audit trail and statutory reporting genuinely matter.
NetSuite
The default cloud ERP for companies scaling internationally, with the strongest multi-subsidiary consolidation in its class.
ERPNext
Genuinely free and open source, built in India, with GST and Indian statutory reporting handled natively.
HubSpot
The easiest CRM to get a team genuinely using. Strongest when marketing and sales need to share one system.
Microsoft Dynamics 365
The obvious choice when your organisation already runs on Microsoft 365 and Azure, and you want one identity and data layer.
How to actually choose between them
Feature comparisons are close to useless at this stage. Every platform on this page will tell you it does inventory, reporting and automation, and on a checklist they all look similar. The differences that decide a project sit underneath the checklist.
- What your industry forces the system to model
- A bill of materials that changes over time. A unit that can only be sold once. A batch with a shelf life. These are not features to compare — they disqualify platforms outright, which is why we suggest starting from your sector instead.
- What happens after the sale
- Some businesses close a deal and are finished. Others begin years of collection, service or compliance at that point. A platform built around the first is a poor fit for the second, and this is rarely visible in a demo.
- Whether you have technical capability in-house
- This single question decides whether open-source options like ERPNext or Odoo Community are cheaper or more expensive than a commercial licence. Without in-house capability, free software usually costs more across three years.
- What you are already committed to
- If you run Microsoft 365 across the organisation, Dynamics starts with an advantage nothing else can match. If you already use two Zoho products, Zoho One changes the arithmetic. Sunk ecosystem is a legitimate input, not a sentimental one.
- Total cost across three years, not licence cost
- Licence is the visible number and usually the smallest. Implementation, internal time and ongoing administration are the rest, and they vary more between platforms than licensing does.
