HubSpot Implementation
HubSpot Implementation Partner
The easiest CRM to get a team genuinely using. Strongest when marketing and sales need to share one system.
We are an independent consultancy. We are not a HubSpot reseller and hold no HubSpot partner certification, so our recommendation is not tied to their commission.
Where HubSpot genuinely fits
- Marketing-led businesses where content and pipeline live together
- Teams that have abandoned a previous CRM because nobody adopted it
- Companies wanting fast time-to-value over deep customisation
Where it does not
Most partner sites stop at the benefits. These are the three things that actually derail HubSpot projects, and we would rather you heard them now.
- Pricing escalates sharply as contact counts grow
- Less configurable than Salesforce once processes get complex
- Marketing Hub is the real cost centre — the free CRM is the on-ramp
The free CRM is the on-ramp, not the product
HubSpot's CRM genuinely is free and genuinely is usable, which is why so many teams start there. The commercial model is that you outgrow it — into Marketing Hub, Sales Hub or Service Hub, where the pricing lives.
That is a legitimate model and the free tier is not a trick. But budget as though you will end up on a paid tier within two years, because most teams that adopt it successfully do.
Contact-based pricing is the thing that surprises people
Marketing Hub is priced against marketing contacts, and costs rise as your database grows. Businesses that import every historical contact on day one discover this at the worst possible moment.
Import deliberately. Segment marketing contacts from records you merely need to store, and revisit that split before each renewal. This one decision has more effect on your HubSpot bill than any other.
Where HubSpot beats more capable systems
Adoption. HubSpot is the CRM sales teams actually use, and a system people use beats a more powerful one they avoid. If you have already abandoned one CRM because nobody logged into it, that history is a strong argument for HubSpot over Salesforce.
It is also the strongest option when marketing and sales genuinely need to share one system — the content, email and pipeline tools were built together rather than acquired and stitched.
Where it runs out
Complex sales processes with heavy approvals, unusual object relationships or deep territory rules will hit HubSpot's configurability ceiling sooner than Salesforce's. It is also weak wherever inventory matters — see our real estate page for a sector where that limitation is decisive.
If you are choosing between the two and your process is genuinely simple today, HubSpot will get you working faster. Migrating later is normal and well-supported.
Common questions
How long does a HubSpot implementation take?
Most HubSpot rollouts we scope run 6–14 weeks from kickoff to go-live, depending on how many modules you switch on and how clean your existing data is. Data migration is almost always the long pole, not configuration.
What does a HubSpot implementation cost?
Implementation is quoted separately from vendor licensing. We scope in fixed-price phases so you approve each one before it starts, rather than signing a single open-ended estimate.
Is HubSpot the right fit for us?
Sometimes not — and we will tell you when that is the case. Pricing escalates sharply as contact counts grow If another platform fits your process better, we will say so on the scoping call.
Considering something else?
We implement across platforms, so we have no reason to push you toward one.
