Salesforce Implementation

Salesforce Implementation Partner

The deepest CRM on the market. Right when your sales process is genuinely complex — and expensive overkill when it is not.

We are an independent consultancy. We are not a Salesforce reseller and hold no Salesforce partner certification, so our recommendation is not tied to their commission.

Book a scoping callIs it the right fit?

Where Salesforce genuinely fits

  • Sales orgs above ~50 users with multi-stage, multi-team pipelines
  • Companies needing a mature AppExchange integration ecosystem
  • Businesses where CRM is the core operational system, not an add-on

Where it does not

Most partner sites stop at the benefits. These are the three things that actually derail Salesforce projects, and we would rather you heard them now.

  • Total cost is routinely 2–3× the licence figure once implementation and admin time are counted
  • Needs a dedicated admin — without one it degrades within a year
  • Under ~30 users you will likely pay for depth you never touch

Sales Cloud or Service Cloud — and why the answer is rarely both at once

Sales Cloud manages pipeline: leads, opportunities, forecasting. Service Cloud manages cases: support tickets, entitlements, SLAs. They share a data model and are frequently sold together, which is how businesses end up paying for a support platform nobody in support asked for.

Implement whichever solves the problem you can currently describe in a sentence. The second one is far easier to add to a working system than to untangle from a failed dual rollout.

The admin dependency nobody quotes for

Salesforce is not a system you configure once. It expects an administrator — someone maintaining fields, permissions, reports and automations as the business changes. Without one it degrades in a specific and predictable way: fields proliferate, nobody trusts the reports, and within a year the team is running the real pipeline in a spreadsheet again.

That role is a genuine ongoing cost, whether you hire for it, train someone internally, or retain a partner. Any proposal that does not mention it has left out the most reliable cause of Salesforce failure.

What it actually costs, against what you were quoted

The licence figure is the beginning. Implementation typically exceeds the first year of licensing. Add the admin capacity above, and then the integrations — Salesforce rarely arrives alone, and connecting it to your finance system or ERP is its own project.

None of this makes Salesforce a bad choice. It makes it a bad choice for businesses that budgeted for the licence and nothing else. Under roughly thirty users with a straightforward pipeline, you will likely pay for depth you never reach.

When we would point you elsewhere

If your requirement is a working CRM for a small sales team, and you have no in-house technical capability, Salesforce is probably the wrong end of the market. Zoho or HubSpot will get you a functioning system faster and cheaper, and moving to Salesforce later is a normal, well-trodden migration rather than a catastrophe.

Salesforce earns its cost when the sales process is genuinely complex — multi-team, multi-stage, heavy on approvals — or when the AppExchange ecosystem solves something specific to your sector.

Common questions

How long does a Salesforce implementation take?

Most Salesforce rollouts we scope run 6–14 weeks from kickoff to go-live, depending on how many modules you switch on and how clean your existing data is. Data migration is almost always the long pole, not configuration.

What does a Salesforce implementation cost?

Implementation is quoted separately from vendor licensing. We scope in fixed-price phases so you approve each one before it starts, rather than signing a single open-ended estimate.

Is Salesforce the right fit for us?

Sometimes not — and we will tell you when that is the case. Total cost is routinely 2–3× the licence figure once implementation and admin time are counted If another platform fits your process better, we will say so on the scoping call.

Considering something else?

We implement across platforms, so we have no reason to push you toward one.
