Independent ERP & CRM Implementation

ERP and CRM implementations that actually go live.

The cutover — the night you switch off the old system — is where most ERP projects go wrong. We are named after it because getting you through it is the job.

How we workWhatsApp us

Book a scoping call

30 minutes, no pitch. We reply within one working day.

We use this to reply to you. No lists, no sharing, no follow-up sequence.

We do not sell software

We hold no reseller agreements, so no vendor pays us to recommend them.

That single fact shapes everything else on this site. A partner who earns margin on a licence has a reason to recommend that licence, and no reason to tell you that a cheaper product — or a specialist tool they do not sell — would serve you better. It is not dishonesty. It is simply what the arrangement rewards.

Removing that incentive is why our platform pages state where each product does not fit as plainly as where it does, why our real estate page recommends a category of software we do not implement, and why we will tell you when the answer is that you do not need ERP yet.

Why these projects fail

Rarely because the software was wrong. Almost always because of three things decided before anyone configures anything.

The data was in worse shape than anyone believed
Duplicate customers, product codes meaning different things in different departments, balances that have never reconciled. Invisible in a demo, unavoidable the moment real data hits the new system. This is the single largest source of overrun we see.
The scope was never written down
Implementation surfaces every process irritation a business has tolerated for years, each arriving as a reasonable-sounding request. Individually small, collectively fatal.
Nobody inside the business owned the system
Projects without a named internal owner do not fail loudly. They degrade over the following year until the team quietly reverts to spreadsheets, and the licence renewal becomes an awkward conversation.

None of these are software problems, which is why choosing a better platform does not solve them. How we scope against them →

How the work is scoped

Five phases. Fixed price per phase, approved one at a time. You can stop after any phase and keep what has been delivered — including after discovery, when what you hold is a written scope another firm could quote from.

We work this way because open-ended time-and-materials engagements pay the implementer more when the project runs long, and give them no incentive to talk a client out of a customisation. Fixed-price phases move the risk of poor scoping to us, where it belongs.

The Cutover MethodWhat implementation covers

Who we are a bad fit for

Worth saying early, so neither of us wastes a call.

  • Businesses that cannot name an internal owner for the system after go-live.
  • Projects where a fixed go-live date matters more than a safe one.
  • Buyers who want the cheapest quote rather than the most accurate one.
  • Anyone who needs a long client list to feel comfortable — we are a young firm and say so.

If none of those describe you, a scoping call costs nothing and takes thirty minutes.

Common questions

Do you resell any of the platforms you recommend?

No. We hold no reseller agreements and take no vendor commission or referral fee. That is deliberate: a partner who earns margin on a licence has a reason to recommend that licence and no reason to tell you a cheaper product would serve you better. It also means we will sometimes recommend software we do not implement.

How much does an ERP or CRM implementation cost?

Implementation is quoted separately from vendor licensing, and it scales with the condition of your data and the number of processes changing — not with your headcount. We quote fixed prices per phase after discovery, rather than giving a number in the first meeting that later becomes a change request.

What if we have already chosen a platform?

Then we will tell you honestly whether we agree. If we think it is wrong for you, we will explain why before the project rather than during it. If you still want to proceed, that is your decision and we will implement it properly.

Which industries do you work with?

Mostly manufacturing, real estate, construction, distribution and professional services, across India and the United States. Sector matters more than size for this work, because the requirements that decide a platform are almost always industry-specific rather than headcount-specific.
