Marketing Automation Services in India

You bought the automation platform. Now make it fire. Most teams pay for marketing automation and use it as a send button. We build the segments, triggers and cross-channel journeys — on Zoho Marketing Automation, HubSpot or Klaviyo — that make the licence actually earn its cost.

What we automate

Marketing automation services: journeys, not blasts

Behavioural triggers

Browse, cart, purchase, subscription renewal, support ticket and inactivity events wired to the flows that should follow them.

Lead scoring

For B2B: scoring built on actions that actually predict a close, with routing so sales gets the contact while intent is warm.

Cross-channel orchestration

WhatsApp, email and SMS in one journey with frequency caps and channel preference respected.

Dynamic segmentation

Segments that recalculate themselves as customer behaviour changes, instead of static lists that decay.

Ecommerce automation

Shopify and WooCommerce order events piped into your automation platform so flows use real purchase data.

Reporting & attribution

Journey-level revenue reporting, so you can defend the spend with a number.

Common questions

Marketing automation FAQs

What is marketing automation, in practice?

Software that sends the right message when a customer does something, instead of when a marketer remembers to. In practice it is three parts: clean data to segment on, triggers tied to real events, and content ready to fire. Most teams buy the software and never build the last two.

Is Zoho Marketing Automation worth it?

If you already run Zoho CRM, yes — the native link between CRM data and journeys removes most of the integration work, and rupee pricing is far easier to justify than USD-billed alternatives. If your data lives elsewhere, the integration cost can cancel the saving.

Can you automate across WhatsApp and email together?

That is usually the point. We build journeys where channel is a decision inside the flow — WhatsApp for time-sensitive and transactional moments, email for longer content and offers — with frequency caps so one customer is not hit on both at once.

Do we need a marketing automation consultant?

If your platform is sending scheduled blasts and nothing else, you do not have an automation problem, you have a configuration gap. That is a project with an end date, not a permanent retainer, and we will say so.
